I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact me at alex.artistepeintre@gmail.com and provide details of the product and the defect, along with a supporting photo. Once I receive your request, I will review it and notify you by email, within a reasonable timeframe, if you are entitled to a refund or exchange. The request for an exchange or refund must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
