Delivery Time
You will receive email notifications regarding the shipment of your order. Due to the high volume of orders being processed simultaneously, the delivery time will be 2 to 5 weeks after placing your order. *All orders placed before December 10 will be guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas!

INTERNATIONAL
Shipping costs vary by item and destination country (see the chart). If you purchase more than one item, only the shipping cost of the most expensive item will apply.
*If the shipping costs significantly exceed the initial amount paid, the artist reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.

I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact me at alex.artistepeintre@gmail.com and provide details of the product and the defect, along with a supporting photo. Once I receive your request, I will review it and notify you by email, within a reasonable timeframe, if you are entitled to a refund or exchange. The request for an exchange or refund must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
